Ndidi O. Noble Uchechukwu
MCIArb (UK), FCIA, FCAI, ACIS, Notary Public

Managing Partner

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in October 2000, Ndidi O. Noble Uchechukwu holds memberships and fellowships with several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Chartered Institute of Administrators, Institute of Corporate Administration, and Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administration. He earned his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nigeria in 1998.

His professional experience includes serving as Associate at Chief BON Nwakanma (SAN) & Co. (2000–2001), focusing on general litigation, company and commercial litigation/arbitration, bank recoveries, and electoral petition litigation; and as Associate, Head of Chambers, and later Partner at Cecilia Okafo & Associates (2001–2004), handling company and commercial law, bank recoveries, company secretarial practice, arbitration, revenue law, telecommunications law, and intellectual property.

In 2005, he served as Managing Partner at Sapphire Partners, concentrating on oil and gas law, corporate management and CSR, business finance, commercial arbitration, loan recoveries and management, and maritime law. He later became Principal Partner at Noble Place Attorneys, where his practice covers company secretarial services, oil and gas law, corporate management and CSR, business finance, commercial arbitration, loan recoveries and management, and maritime law.

He is also affiliated with the Nigerian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), International Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Administration, Institute of Corporate Administration, and Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators, among others.

Nwokedi Ohuaka O.

Head of Chambers

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2009, Nwokedi Ohuaka holds an LL.B (Hons) obtained in 2008 and an LL.M from Imo State University.

He serves as Head of Chambers with practice concentration in company and commercial law, general litigation, enforcement of judgments and garnishee proceedings, appellate litigation, business negotiations, and company secretarial services.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Chinedu Iwuji

Chinedu Iwuji, admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1991, earned his LL.B (Hons.) from Imo State University in 1990, focusing on General Practice, Corporate Business Development, International Business Finance Law, Conflict of Laws, and Oil and Gas.

He serves as Head of the USA Bureau, supervising international practice and managing foreign client relations.

Sylvester Ekwueme

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003, earned his LL.B (Hons) from Lagos State University in 2002. He has held positions at Salimonu Olodu & Co (2003–2004) as Solicitor & Advocate, served as a Law Lecturer during his NYSC at Abdul Gusau Polytechnic, Talata Mafara (2003–2004), worked as Deputy Editor at New Century Publications (2004–2005), Senior Counsel at Kunle Ogunba (SAN) & Associates (2005–2008), Ike E. Onyefulu & Co. (2008–2010), and is currently at Noble Place Attorneys (since Nov. 2010).

His areas of concentration include bank recoveries, levy of executions—including taking over and managing companies in receivership—and handling appellant briefs for both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Michael Dibia

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2004, earned his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He began his career as an Associate at Olusola Oke and Associates (NYSC) in 2004, then worked at Segun Oladitan & Co. (2005–2007), Senior Associate at Sui Juris Legal Practitioners (2007–Nov 2008), and has been with Sapphire Partners/Noble Place Attorneys since Dec. 2008.

His areas of concentration include litigation, perfection of titles for banks and financial institutions, management of clients’ real and financial assets, debt recovery for banks and lending institutions, and company incorporation. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Oluwafemi Favour Njoku

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2016, this lawyer earned an LL.B (Hons) from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2015. Their practice focuses on Company and Commercial Law, Entertainment and Sports Law, general litigation, enforcement of judgments and garnishee proceedings, and company secretarial services. They are a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Consultant: Prof. Onyeka Kingsley Osuji, LL.B (Nig), LL.M (Oxford), Ph.D (Manchester), admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2001 and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Trained under Mr. G. Elias SAN and awarded a scholarship to study in England, Prof. Osuji is an expert in Corporate Governance, International Business Law, Commercial Law, and best practices, and currently serves as a Law Professor at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.

He consults for Noble Place Attorneys on international business, corporate commercial law, corporate governance, conflict of laws, and international business negotiations.

Dr. Adaeze Okoye Mrs.

Admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2000, earned her LL.B (Hons) from the University of Benin in 1999, an LL.M from the University of Dundee in 2002, and a Ph.D. from the University of Hall in 2010. Her concentration is in Environmental Law and Policy, with a particular focus on environmental protection and safety in Oil and Gas exploration.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Law Society of England and Wales, Society of Legal Scholars, and Socio-Legal Studies Association, London. Dr. Okoye is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hall, England, and heads the UK Bureau for Noble Place Attorneys.
